The Elephants are getting a new home at the zoo and have been in a barn for a several months now and not visible to the public. When we renewed our zoo passes we won passes to see them and their new home. It was so cool. They have a huge new house and when it opens to the public we will be able to interact with them and feed them like we do the giraffes. CAN'T WAIT!
It was raining a little bit so they had put the elephants inside. This was actually the 1st time that Hayley loved to feed them. She usually gets scared of their tongues but not today.
And the big surprise of the night was that Ainsley LOVED feeding them. It was so funny. She practically jumped out of my arms to get closer to them. And at one point she was trying to climb into their cage.
