Every year there is a hot air balloon festival where you can get up close and personal to touch and see the launch of balloons. There are hundreds of them!! I have been wanting to go see the balloons launch since we moved here. Bill got home super late from football so Hayley and I got up early and left daddy and ainsley at home. It was so much fun except that the balloon didn't launch because of the wind :( Although that was disappointing we got to get into a basket (have no idea what they are called) and the kids got to pull the string to start the fire (again...clueless as to what it's called). Once they got word that they couldn't take off and people were headed out some of the owners still blew up their balloons so we could see them.
