Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July and take the time to give thanks to our troops who are fighting for our freedom. We started celebrating last night at Regional Park in La Mirada. We had a great time with family and friends, ate lots of kettle corn, and saw some great fireworks. Today we are planning to continue the festivities swimming at my parents and then heading over to Courtney for what they consider a "huge" firework display with lots of people. I say that lightly because if you know Courtney and John and their parties, they tend to end early because people leave early (mostly to head to better parties, but we won't tell them that). We haven't been here for a 4th in a few years, so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt this year....mostly because it's a Wednesday and we have to work on Thursday. We'll let you know how it turns out....let's just hope they have enough food (Yes! They are also known to not have the greatest spread)!!
Robers Out!

2 Shoutouts!:
Happy 4th! I remember that hat from last year's celebration. We are off to Maureen and AG.'s for a seafood boil. Not sure how many fireworks they have to let off.
Paige, you need to apologize for ragging on your sister's parties!!! She and John had a great party with lots of food and fireworks and the company was superb, if I do say so myself!! A great time was had by all. Love you.
