Bill and I headed out to Colorado in search for homes and to check out the new town we'd be living in. It was a quick trip and very much action-packed. We met with two partners and their wives for dinner on one night and then headed out with the realtor the next day and a half. We spent the whole time looking at houses and areas. It was quite exhausting! We were able to venture out on our own the other night. We attempted to get on campus at the Air Force Academy, but no such luck. I guess we looked "suspicious"? Just kidding, visiting hours were over, so we're hoping to get on campus when we get out there. We were able to walk through the Garden of the Gods, but ended up driving through the 2nd half (CA girl wasn't prepared for the cold) and saw two deer. It was pretty cool to just see them chillin' right by the road.
